We believe transformational leadership emerges from the integration of authentic purpose, strategic thinking, and intentional development. Our mission is to help leaders discover and express their unique SHAPE while driving meaningful organizational impact.
Six8Leadership exists to develop leaders who lead with integrity over image—executives who understand that authentic influence comes not from performance, but from the consistent alignment between values and action.
We reject the notion that leadership development is primarily about fixing deficits or adopting prescribed behaviors. Instead, we believe every leader has a unique combination of gifts, passions, abilities, personality traits, and experiences—their SHAPE—that when understood and leveraged, enables them to lead with authenticity and effectiveness.
Our approach integrates three core dimensions: rigorous thought leadership that provides intellectual frameworks, strategic advisory services that apply those frameworks to real organizational challenges, and transformational coaching that develops individual leadership capacity. These three pillars reinforce and strengthen each other, creating a comprehensive platform for leadership development.
We work with leaders and organizations at critical junctures—moments of transition, transformation, and strategic decision-making where authentic leadership makes the greatest difference.

Credentials & Expertise
Six8Leadership was founded by an executive who spent two decades in corporate leadership roles before recognizing a fundamental gap in how leadership development is approached. Too often, development programs focus on external performance—how to project confidence, craft the right message, build a personal brand—while neglecting the internal work of understanding who you are and what you’re uniquely designed to contribute.
This realization led to the development of the SHAPE model, a diagnostic framework that helps leaders identify their spiritual gifts, heart passions, abilities, personality traits, and formative experiences. The model emerged from extensive research, personal experience navigating executive transitions, and coaching work with dozens of leaders facing similar questions about purpose and impact.
Today, our founder brings together executive experience, coaching expertise, and a commitment to rigorous thinking about leadership. Having led teams through major organizational transformations, navigated succession planning, and rebuilt cultures, they understand firsthand the challenges leaders face and the difference authentic leadership makes.
Personal Statement on Leadership Philosophy
“I believe the most sustainable form of leadership influence comes from integrity—the alignment between who we are at our core and what we do in our roles. This alignment isn’t about perfection; it’s about honesty, self-awareness, and the willingness to continually close gaps between stated values and lived reality. When leaders operate from this place of authenticity, they create permission for others to do the same, and that’s when organizations truly transform.”
At the heart of our approach is the SHAPE model—a comprehensive framework for understanding your unique leadership profile. Unlike personality assessments that categorize you into types, SHAPE recognizes that every leader is a unique combination of five key dimensions:
S – Spiritual Gifts
Your natural abilities and talents
H – Heart
Our three leadership briefs aren’t just theoretical exercises—they’re the intellectual foundation that guides every consulting engagement, coaching conversation, and workshop we deliver.
“Integrity Over Image” shapes our coaching approach
We help leaders close gaps between stated values and lived behavior, building authentic influence rather than performative leadership.
“Strategic Thinking” guides our advisory services
We develop leaders’ capacity to think strategically, not just create strategic plans—building capability that persists beyond our engagement.
“Leading Through Complexity”
informs our transformation work We help leaders navigate complex organizational systems, identifying leverage points and managing change in uncertain environments.
Whether you’re an executive seeking coaching, an organization facing transformation, or a leader looking to deepen your self-awareness, we’d welcome the conversation.
